Dr. Saira Azhar completed her PhD in Pharmacy practise from the University of Sains Malaysia. She holds vast experience at the national and international level in higher education administration, academic governance, and the corporate sector. She has been a member of several professional and academic bodies and has held various administrative positions at a large public-sector University in Pakistan between 2018 and 2023. Her prominent portfolios include Associate Professor of Teaching and Research, Principal College of Pharmacy and Director Quality Enhancement Cell.

He is expert in economics of education and international higher education. He has enormous research and working experience with prestigious higher education institutions of the world.

Professor Dr. Muhammad Sarwar is currently serving as Dean Faculty of Education International Islamic University, Islamabad and he has also served as Professor of Education, Chairman of the Education Department, but also showed his wonderful performance as Director Academics, Director Quality Enhancement Cell, Chairman and semesters implementation committee at University of Sargodha.
